Payment Methods

Absolutely Audrey accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Billing

We will not bill your account until your item is ready to be shipped. If your item is out of stock, we will immediately notify you via e-mail.

Turnaround Time

All shipments will be shipped within three business days pending credit card authorization. Orders received on weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) will not begin processing until the following business week.

Sales Tax

Absolutely Audrey charges CA 8.75% sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site.

Shipping and Handling

Items will be shipped using USPS standard shipping. We offer First Class, Priority, and Express shipping in the U.S. and Airmail Parcel Post, Global Priority, and Global Express to areas outside the U.S. Shipping is calculated at the time of ordering and depends on which shipping method is available to your location.

If international shipping is not available to your location with these USPS options, please call Absolutely Audrey at 510.483.5188, Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm PST.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with a purchase from Absolutely Audrey, we will gladly accept it for return or exchange, but the item must be postmarked within ten (10) working days of the original shipping date. Please enclose a note with your name and phone number explaining the reason for the return or exchange. You must include the original receipt from your package for all returns and exchanges, and the items must not have been altered in any way. We will credit the card on which the purchase was made. Any discounted or sale merchandise are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please send all returns to:

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information so that we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling, sharing, or otherwise distributing your information with outside companies or third parties.

Disclaimer

Every effort has been made to ensure that our photographs represent the products as they would appear in person. We carefully write our descriptions to reinforce the same standard.
